Censorship

Actually, aside from being WAAAAY off topic, this is kind of a sad
thing, but the only way it can be the criminal act of censorship is if
the Feds, the courts, or the FCC was involved in the decision to stifle
her viewpoint.

As long as the feds aren't involved, it is just another instance of
heavy handed control from an entertainment mega-corporation. If you
don't like it, don't bitch about it here, write the companies that are
doing this, and tell them HONESTLY how much of their product you
normally consume, why you have stopped consuming, and when - if ever -
you might even consider starting to consume their product again.

It is their nickel and they know they can do pretty much what ever they
want. If you don't like it, let them know. We have the option of not
doing business with them. They will NOT take a shot in the wallet just
to satisfy some hot shot exec's political view. The stock holders won't
tolerate that.

I too, hate the fact that we are being forced to sacrifice young men and
women in this fight, but hey, welcome to the grown up world. Sometimes
ya gotta do unpleasant things to avoid much worse things down the road.
Hell, if the French had the balls to do what is right, we wouldn't
have had to rescue their sorry a**es out in WWII.

Personally, while I am somewhat disappointed in junior and even in some
ways agree with the lady, I think that it was inappropriate for her to
bitch about the president in London when Tony Blair is fighting so hard
and risking his career to help the world with this problem.

I understand that America and Americans are taking a bum rap around the
world. Hell with 'em. They know that they can't survive without us,
and it hacks them off.

In a way, that's what Linux is all about. It is freedom. It might be a
little more work, but at least you don't have to make ugly compromises
just to get through the day.

A marble traveling at 22,000 miles per hour would strike with as
much force as a 400-pound safe traveling at just 60 miles per hour.
