Censorship

Uh, yes they are MOST all private. But! They also have to obtain a
federal license
to broadcast to the public, they have certain responsibilities to the
public.
If they can't handle the responsibilities then they should not be in the
business.
Now, certainly they have the right to play and say just about anything
they want.
So they want to self censor, fine that is their right and prerogative.

But the problem I see here is a tendency of late for the mega
corporations and
elected officials to wantonly attack the Constitution and our freedoms.
Not to mention
the childish whining and ranting concerning sovereign countries right to
self rule.
This one mentioned is a bad example. A better one is a person's right to
add a mod chip to
a piece of electronic equipment they own. I think it is important for us
to know about these issues and to speak up and let these companies and
politicians know we want to keep our freedoms. I just don't like the
general trend of things.

I mean really "Freedom toast", how childish is that?

I'm taking my mouse and going home. So there! Nyeah! :-p
