Go there for programs utilizing the Smart Card under Linux.
I was reading in the Linux Journal about the USB-serial interface that has
been written to accommodate devices like this.  Although I don't understand
a lot of the code the writer seemed confident that the driver and
abstraction layer were better and more flexible than previous attempts at
supporting these devices.
