Nope, Vestal Central Schools, upstate New York (Binghamton area), with a link
to a system in RedHook. Just over the hill from my home was the first 360/370
at SUNY Binghamton. I believe the 360/370 series was partially manufactured at
Binghamton. My dad, a lighting engineer with GE, worked on the design of the
photo-etch line for it.

Binghamton was quite the place in those days. We had a major IBM presence,
Singer/Link made things that dads couldn't discuss at the dinner table, and so
did GE. Ansco/GAF was involved with some of the optics work that Singer and GE
weren't discussing too.

Now I understand that the tech industry has all left town, and I imagine the
Endicott-Johnson shoe companies moved overseas long ago. Binghamton's
supposedly been over-run with Crips and Bloods from L.A. and is not a pleasant
place to be these days.

Sorry, we old fogies now return you to the land of free software and 3D gaming.
