imap webmail horde configuration help needed

Hello,

I would like to ask anyone who have done webmail Horde with imap.
I still have a difficulty to configure this Horde webmail.
at this stage, I have a problem configuring imap with php.

When I configure php-4.3.0.tar.gz on Redhat 8.0.
I give the option

[root at ns1 php-4.3.0]# ./configure --with-mysql=/usr/bin
--with-apache=../apache_1.3.27 --with-imap --with-ldap
--with-pspell=/usr/share --with-imap-ssl --with-openssl
--with-gettext=/usr/local/bin

I got a error like this:

configure: error: Cannot find rfc822.h. Please check your IMAP installation.
[root at ns1 php-4.3.0]#

I tried to download the file imap-2001a-15.i386.rpm

and 
#rpm -ivh imap-2001a-15.i386.rpm

it says that it is already installed.

I tried a different directory name (

root at ns1 webmail]# find / -name imap -print
/usr/share/doc/nss_ldap-198/pam.d/imap
/usr/local/webmail/php-4.3.0/ext/imap
/usr/local/imap
/etc/xinetd.d/imap
/etc/pam.d/imap

It seems like none of them work at all.

Any suggestions??
