Forwarding existing mail

If it is stored in maildir, not mbox, you can send the person a 
tar/zip/gz of the inbox and they can just drop it in the inbox of their 
current system.

they could run fetchmail and pull it all down (or their admin)

I would be happy to write a script to do it.
