We are located right off of Lamar and I35 (very close to the I35 635 intersection).
 
You can see I35 from the front of our building.
 
We may not have food for you at every meeting, but do have all the coffee and hot chocolate you can

If it matters, I vote that we look into Walt's offer. While I don't know whether we currently pay
