That's the obvious answer; some of these web control panels have that
option,
however, the one I'm using cpanel with a service nomonthlyfees.com doesn't
work.  I managed to get into the shell via ssh (which I shouldn't be able to
do
since didn't pay extra for it) and set up a cron there.  It still won't
work.
