On my way to KC... a little help?

Thanks Tony. I'll keep your friends name around. Maybe I'll give him a
call. We will be looking to buy...but I think for the first year, as
has been suggested, we will find someplace to rent, learn the area and
then buy. Probably save us some regrets that way.

We want to find a nice place to rent tho. Even renting a house, a condo
or a duplex or something. I'm pretty tired of living in a huge
apartment complex and putting up with all that comes with it. (Crime,
outdoor parking, loud sounds upstairs, bad carpet, etc.) You know the
game.

Tho...in the end, I'm sure we would live in an apartment complex if it
was the best choice.

I'm hoping I can find someone that is renting their house or condo or
something. Someone independent rather than a big complex.

Matt
