One of the joys having an 800 number is the ability to receive caller
information related to billing.  Similar to caller ID, but much better.  
Never try to play a prank on someone with one of these lines.  Caller
blocking will not work.

This is like the discovery of finding out how easy it is to shoplift at a
store.  Don't try to impress the manager by tring to help him out.  He
will not understand.  Doing so will only get the authorities involved.
