Debian package for apache-ssl?

There's probably a more elegant way to do it, but the simple way is to just
remove the package and then install the version you want.  The only complication
with doing this is that if you have other packages that depend on the one
you're removing, dpkg will want to remove those, too.  You can either remove
them and reinstall them as well, or else there are probably some dpkg flags
that let you live dangerously.
