HOWTO Encourage Women in Linux

This URL is a must read. For men and women alike. It starts out on a
humorous note, but quickly gets serious. Interesting form for a HOWTO, but
still, it's a good read, and there's some really good stuff in there. I
mean, I think *MOST* of us have grown past this stupid sexist thing (which
is completely ignorant and pointless anyway), but it's still a recommended
read. Definitely.
