AOL - High Speed Cable

Road Runner dial-up access is only for use outside your home service
area. I know this because I tried to use it from home once when RR cable
was down and I was scolded by tech support and told that if I did it
again, I could lose my dial-up priveledges. Oooo, so intimidating!
