I will put the cookie on each system you use.
I used it on 'doze 98, NT and several versions of Linux at the same time 
with no problems.

You will need to use Netscape 6.2 for Linux because of the 128 bit 
encryption.  I had lockups with netscape 6 versions prior to 6.2 when 
accessing secured servers.

Like any financial account on the internet, you must choose a very 
secure password.  Always use a combination of Alpha and Numeric 
characters - at least a minimum of 6 or 8 long (the longer the better) 
to make it harder to hack.

To be honest, I have seen some complaining about PayPal's policies, but 
I have not been able to figure out what the hell they are talking about. 
    I suspect it is related eBay's push into online payment transaction, 
but BillPay's policies are MUCH more draconian and TOTALLY inflexible.
