Apache w/SSL or mod_SSL?

ApacheSSL is apache with a series of patches that enable SSL on the
server, and mod_ssl is an apache module to do the same thing.  If you
are looking at the Apache 2.x versions, then mod_ssl is shipped with the
source code.
