Dual boot manager??

As far as I know, they are 3 individual fresh loads of windows on 3
partitions, and there is a 4th partition that all of the others can access
after booting.  I'm honestly not sure what filesystem they are using, but I
would guess that it is NTFS on at least 3 of them.

Are you using the new XP filesystem, or are these perhaps "upgrade'
installations?

No reason you couldn't add a few more partitions.  I knew a guy who had W95
and five different flavors of Linux on the same box.
