Speaking as one at that low end, I've got no clue. I set out a couple
years ago to make a career change into IT/Web Development, just knew I
couldn't stand where I was. Now, I'm working at a grocery store and
trying to learn stuff on my own and write code in my off hours. Wish that
I had some idea where to go.
