My ongoing iptables problem... (updated)

I've never seen or heard something like this before. I
think my router box is "pocessed":
I installed lynx on the router to check if I can load
pages from the webserver; it works like a charm. I can
view the whole content. But, when I try from any box
in the LAN I am unable. All the pages on the server
are/have *.php extension. Now, listen to this, if I
create a new page on the server with *.html extension
I am able to view it from the LAN. Don't know why this
is going on.

I also have a Windows machine on the LAN with phpdev
which comes with apache and all the stuff... You know
what I'm talking about. I decided to experiment with
this "server" on the LAN and was running the same page
I have on the DMZ's webserver and I am able to view
the page from everywhere, from the webserver on the
DMZ, the router, and obviously the LAN.

I cannot understand what's going on here. Have you
heard or experience something even similar to this?

Thanks.
