"Free" cable

Hmm.  When I had mine installed thats what the guy told me.  He installed
a 4 way filter outside my house and showed me why with his Fluke meter.
 Whatever he showed me, the cable modem line was about 1/3 of whatever
the cable TV line was.  I figured it was voltage. Crap, if I knew this
I would of relocated my cable modem years ago to another room.
