Yep.  I can get Earthlink branded service and billing over the American
Cablevision - er, Time Warner Road Runner network.  Cheaper, more mailboxes,
and free unlimited dial-up.

After dealing with the surly bastards trying to get my signal back for two
weeks, I think I will.
