CVS - Storing bin files and &module refs

Could someone post a cvswrappes file that, if they have one, for common 
files?  Thanks

Does anyone have a good, real-life, example of how to use the below and 
when its a good idea? Thanks

A module definition can refer to other modules by including `&module' in 
its definition. checkout creates a subdirectory for each such module, in 
your working directory.
