Just use http://www.rpmfind.net for your search.
For RedHat 7.2 you need to install
libtool-libs-1.4-8.i386.rpm.
If you can't find it on your cd's,
you can go to
http://www.rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/redhat/7.2/i386/libtool-libs-1.4-8.i386.html
