I never said it wasn't a criminal act. Just that the fireproof furniture
analogy was bad. You can leave your door, 
wide open and it is still illegal entry and malicious mischief and/or
theft.
But if you leave your door wide open every day, you shouldn't expect to
have
all of your possessions for long.

No, they should be prosecuted and imprisoned. I think, I said that

Nah, neither. I'd just hunt them down like the dawgs they are 
and use 'em for target practice. 

Actually, I think I made the initial recommendation to prosecute 
these criminals. I'm just trying to point out that we should 
use the most secure systems we can. Use our brains and the 
community to build better internet servers, before we unleash
them.
