Last I heard for about 79.95/mo you can get business level service, you get
better support (like humans that are in KC) and one static IP, and it is OK
to have server I think. Same bandwidth, same everything else.

I have DSL and I hate it, although that's mostly due to the ISP I chose
being 
very incompetent. The main reason I'm still with them is I run a little 
server and they don't care at all. There's nothing in the TOS about it, and

haven't been able to find another ISP that would allow me to do this. If RR 
would allow it, I'd probably switch. Anyone know of any  ISPs that would 
allow me to do this?
