Actually, the current rate for most RR subscribers is $44.95/month.  If
you're bill was raised to $49.95, it was in error.

Basically what we did was move all our customers to one price.  It used to
be that for customer with TV services, the RR rate was $39.95.  For
customers without TV services, RR was $49.95.  Now, for everybody, the price
is $44.95.

There are exceptions to this rule.  For example, customers in the Lenexa
area are still at $39.95 due to competition in that area from Everest. 
Also, for customers who have the High-Speed Digital packages, their  rates 
have not changed.
