motherboard recomendations

Any of you guys have a good motherboard recomendation?

I'm looking to build a good web server.  

I want to run the AMD Athlon 1Ghz and IDR raid (onboard if I can get it)
1Gb ram

Don't care about sound, video, NIC or scsi onboard
