Looking for BigmOuth installation files 3.16 or 3.20. Mine is missing files.

Please help.  I purchased a BigMouth voicemail card
from a guy on ebay and the installation disks are
missing 2 important files.  Version 3.16 is ok,  but
3.20 is preferred.
