DSL Provider Recommendations

RoadRunner has commercial service available at about the same price as DSL
(~$80/mo. in K.C.).

Why are you leaving SWB?  They own the copper, it would seem like they would
be able to offer the best service, and anybody renting the copper from them
would not only rely on their service but have to mark up the sub-let fees.
