Linux vs. Windows and why win is winning!

The best place to start is with something that is close to what you want.
Somewhere in Red Hat's past they had a hacked up fvwm window manager that
looked like Win95.  A quick look in my archives didn't turn it up.  However,
Google has lots of hits for both "fvwm95" and "fvwm95rc".  Take a look at
