Chris, yes there is but I've never implemented it. Since all your workstations are w2k you can use the dynamic dns features of bind 9.x.x The w2k boxes will utilitize ddns. This is something you'll want to do anyway later down the road, so might as well figure it out now. Then you can ditch wins all together. Mike
