Code Red Origin?

It was some brilliant evil-minded cracker, not to be confused with
contemptuous script-kiddies. The experts are so far clueless, but they may
yet discover who wrote it and where it started. When/if they catch this
person, she/he'll become a millionaire security expert. It may even be two
different people.
