Don't know about "Learning Red Hat" but you might take a look at "Learning
Debian GNU/Linux" also from O'Reilly. I recommended this to a friend who's
playing with Corel Linux. Haven't read it myself, but a brief perusal
showed promise.
The best part - O'Reilly has taken Debian's GPL philosophy to heart - the
book is published under an "Open Publication License" The entire book is
posted on the website.
What better way to espouse the wonders of Linux to our unfortunate M$
brethren than with an open-source book?!!
