Y2K Glitches

Yes, no probs with my system time or NIST, but I had just downloaded the
newest Worldclock shareware two weeks before NYE just in case and it didn't
seem to work right after the first of the year and did work right before the
end of the year.

So there is no problem with the Naval Observatory time, just the Windows
