Hmm -- closer . . .forgot the capitilzation differences . . . that found me
the usr/lib/perl5 directories.   The file it wants is httpd.h -- is this a
source code file?  I'm trying to compile here, so I'm assuming that RedHat
6.1 didn't install this (the source?) and that would throw a problem
compiling -- right?
