I'm trying to get a friend of mine interested in Open Source translating into Swahili.  He's about 
to retire and I think he needs something to do.  I think he might actually be able to handle the 
L10N translating of just an ASCII file into the target lang.  Would probably have to script the 
extraction and rebuild process.
