ESR addresses some issues on GUI useablity that got sparked by his attempt to share a printer 
between two PCs on his network via CUPS.   Very good read.  Are the programmers out there 
listening?   I would have thought that some of this would have come up in the Gnome and KDE 
useablity studies.
