I've got an Adaptec SCSI card (ISA) I can't find any docs on.  I thought
SCSI controllers were at ID#0, but while it works with a terminated SCSI
ID#3 CDROM drive, it refuses to work when a open terminated SCSI ID#2
hard drive is on the internal cable.

Controller--#2 Hard Drive--#3 CDROM--terminator
