I'm pretty sure that you can get the dpkg.tar.gz file from the website 
and once it is installed you can have a Debian system.  Read these:

"To make room I had to remove the entire dpkg database structure.  But 
don't freak out, I saved it for folks who want to try to remaster from 
my iso."
  "To make room I had to delete the entire /var/lib/dpkg/ from the iso 
to make room. It is available as a separate download (dpkg.tar.gz). It's 
integrity should be high."
