Globetech Ventures [1](GTVCF:OTCBB) $0.77 - 0.82 on 275,300 shares. The Company has recently announced the acquisition of a gold property of approximately 130,000 acres in the Amapa State, Brazil. This is one of the most prolific greenstone belts in Brazil and has attracted the attention of many multi-national mining companies. This acquisition could give Globetech a prominent name in the exploration of this very hot area of exploration. Globetech, unlike most mining companies, has a small number of shares outstanding and could see a substantial increase in the price of the stock as the investing public becomes aware of the company. There are presently only 9.5 million shares outstanding and only 3-4 million shares in the public float. There are two small cap stock services now following the company with buy recommendations and targets of $3-5 in the short term. The recent acquisition is for restricted stock with a payout quite favorable to the company and its shareholders. The sellers with be able to register and sell only 200,000 shares each every 6 months starting in September 4, 2004 and a similar amount every 6 months fir 18 months. This assures prospective shareholders that the sellers of the property cannot flood the market with stock. Trading back above $1.00 should see a quick move up to the $1.50 area and then up to the short term target of $3.00-5.00 in January-March, 2004. This week the Public Relations campaign should begin and then after Christmas a road show with European and Canadian institutions and brokerage firms. We expect additional news on the naming of the head geologist for the project. Most gold analysts are looking for much higher prices.
