I have a Xyplex MaxServer 1608 terminal server free for the taking. 
It's an 8 port (RJ-45) 1U rackmount terminal server with a single 10 
Mbps ethernet connection (AUI, you'll have to supply a transceiver).

I've used it successfully in the past as a console server for Sun and 
Cisco equipment.
