Just their standard DSL.  Yes, PPPoE.  I signed on about a year ago (when
DriectTV [formally Telocity] went under) with their monthly rate of $50.
They were refunding me the money I paid them for the modem one month at a
time.  So I was expecting my payments to go up soon to the full $50.  When I
got this offer of $26 a month I knew something was going on.  A $240/year
savings certainly would make me think about switching to cable.
