Sorry to post this, but I have a PC I built for a friend, 
that is now behaving badly. After a while of using the
PC the speaker begins to whine and the only fix is to shut
it off. I am certain it has something to do with some
buggy software they installed, but do not know where to
begin to look to fix it. Anyone ever seen this before?
I know it didn't do this with what I installed because I 
burned it in for 48 hours and several reboots.
