Good point, I had not caught that. So this presumes that it only decrypts streams to or from servers that are "owned" (in all it's shiny meanings) by the monitoring party. It also suggests that they haven't actually cracked SSH2, but have a modification that makes a connection look like SSH2 but which contains some sort of "back door" secondary key. So my SSH link to my hope PC is still secure (?)... for now.
