Perhaps a temperature-controlled building?  Some apartment complexes let
their renters reserve the "clubhouse" for some public events.

Of course, there is that big computer show this weekend at the Overland
Park Trade Center.  Might be worth it waiting until the XMas season has
us in its unholy grip.
