All of which could be limited by the other end of the connection,
or any point along the route. Not every website is hooked up to a 
T3. And some sites actually limit how much bandwidth they will let
a single connection have. ;)

Although I envy you, I think Mediacom limits the speed to
1.4 Mbps downstream. :(
