That's strange, unless you're paying for business class you're getting
maximum of 2Mbps.

Or then again, there's my rr connection, which has not been down as far
as 
I've been able to tell, and ranges from 2-3mbps. 

Plus, I don' t have to to do business with SWBell for it...
