Ok, this is off-topic a bit, but it could possibly apply to Linux/FreeBSD too. I have someone who is trying to connect to our FTP server, but they are running a McAfee firewall. They can get out on the internet. But they cannot connect to the server and when they try pinging it, they get unknown host errors. I seem to remember having this problem on a firewall I set up in Linux, but I can't seem to remember what part of a firewall configuration would cause this.
