Hey!  Remember awhile back when the question was asked about how to make a 
different browser launch when clicking a link in a Kmail message?  Well, I 
have found it!

Look in the KDE Control Center.  Components -> File Associations -> Known 
Types-> text -> html.  Then change the preference order in the right hand 
pane.  At least that's it in KDE 3.1.

Easy deal if you can find it.
