I have lost the remote I once had that would work with a computer via IR.  I had a Gateway Remote 
Mouse and IR sensor that plugged in a serial port.  I dug through all my computer stuff and found 
the sensor, but no joy on the remote.

The software to be used on this machine is Red Hat 9, MythTV, xmltv,  lircd.

Does anyone know someplace local that has a Lirc-compatible remote at a decent price?  Have you 
actually used it w/ Linux, Lirc?
