I'll echo Aaron on that one -- I don't have time right now for meetings, 
and taking family time out for geek things is a pain.  If I can figure out 
someone to help me with my mail server woes and other miscellaneous crap, I 
might be able to expand out myself.   I just started moving my real estate 
clients over to a PHP based solution that I redeveloped from Windows NT / 
Cold Fusion version.  (I wrote both.)
